THE SOURCE AT BEACH

Design & Construction management of 400,000 sf retail, 50,000 sf office, restaurant, hotel, and entertainment complex on the 12.5 acre site at the northeast corner of Beach Boulevard and Orangethorpe Avenue. Entitled by Buena Park City Council in 2010, Construction started in 2013 completed in 2016. It became Southern California's entertainment and dining destination.
